Service Description

THIS IS NOT THE COST OF INJECTIONS. During the consultation, our Physician will come in and assess you. He will then give his recommended treatment plan. You can opt into getting treatment same day or you have up to 30 days to schedule treatment. After 30 days your deposit will be forfeited. Your deposit DOES go towards your treatment total. Treatment must be paid in full or set up with a payment plan via Cherry upon completion. You can locate the Cherry application on our main webpage under Pricing and Plans.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non refundable but are transferable towards your next appointment if you notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Same day cancellation will be charged a 50% conveince fee. Late fee of $15 will be applied after 10 minutes of late arrival. Appointment will be automatically cancelled after 15 minutes. Failure to arrive without notice is considered a "No Show" and will be charged 50% convenience fee.
