HERE IS THE PROCESS FOR EVERY NEW CLIENT AT OUR SPA

Do Your Research

We highly recommend that you research all of your options for esthetic care as we are not like your normal spa. Our specialists study skin treatments and customize services based on your skin condition and advanced esthetic goals. Please read through this website for descriptions about products and services. Our Medspa is the TOP private skincare and lash spa that specializes in custom skin, lash, and body treatments for multicultural skin servicing Kenner, New Orleans, and surrounding areas.

Before booking, we ask that you review our spa policies. After booking on our website, you will receive reminders via text and email at time of booking, 2 days before visit to confirm, and again 24 hours and 1 hour before appointment. Contact our office if you need to reschedule your appointment. Any no show will result in charge of 50% of treatment cost.

**Due to coronavirus and self-quarantines, our spa has new policies in place for service.

In your virtual or in-spa consultation, your esthetician will:

  • analyze the condition of your skin based on submitted photos and video

  • determine skin type/sensitivities + discuss your skin goals

  • examine your current skincare regimen and lifestyle

  • design first treatment plan based on your skin needs.

If you have a date for appointment in-spa, before you arrive:

  • Be sure to arrive with your face mask on.  During treatment, temperature may be taken and mask is removed for facial or makeup service.

  • SKINCARE/MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS - PLEASE do not arrive to your appointment with broken skin or bleeding from picking your skin, you WILL be turned away to allow your skin to heal. Reschedule your appointment if you have rashes, cold sores, broken skin or bleeding from picking your skin and ONLY return once your skin has healed. If you are using medication or antibiotics to treat a skin condition, please alert your esthetician.

  • LASH/BROW APPOINTMENTS - PLEASE arrive with no makeup as consultations will take place at the beginning of your appointment.  Your esthetician will carefully analyze the treatment area to determine if you are an ideal candidate for the desired service.  Should there be any concerns or contraindications that will prevent you from receiving the service requested, your esthetician will properly explain and educate you on next steps.

  • If you have allergies or sensitivities, please alert our office manager or put in notes at booking. Depending on the severity, our office will dispatch a sample to you for test patch before arrival to first appointment.

At arrival to spa,  you will use the keypad to dial in (206 + green bell), your esthetician will unlock the door and greet you at the door, offer a light beverage and walk you to treatment area. Please do not bring any additional guests (including children) with you as we are appointment only to maintain privacy among clients. We ask that you arrive alone and prepare for relaxation time to enjoy this time of peace for yourself and to reduce contact with others.

If you are receiving facial or intimate services, your esthetician will leave the room allowing time for you to get settled on the treatment table. In your facial, your esthetician will explain every step of the process including what products are used and why. This is your time to ask any questions you may have so that you are comfortable and well-informed on treatment.

Facial Clients - All treatments are customized to the condition of your skin at the time of your appointment. No peels or advanced treatments are administered at this first visit. Our Philosophy is to improve skin health before any peel is administered to correct. Even if you have seen an esthetician before or had a facial in the past, you are still on day one with us. Your esthetician will let you know when a peel would be a great option for you.  After service is complete, you will then have time to change back into your garments and end of service instructions will be completed.

Lash Clients - We do not refill extensions that were not applied by our team. You are encouraged to schedule a lash removal and new set with us to receive extensions.  We want to protect you from any adverse reactions and maintain the integrity of your natural lashes.

After your first service has been completed and you have examined your results, your esthetician will provide you with complimentary product samples and/or regimen and aftercare for you to implement at home. We highly recommend you to not add in products beyond your treatment plan or professional recommendations as this could alter results.

Our office team will assist with booking your next appointment and completing payment. Finally, your esthetician will escort you to the door wishing you an amazing day!  Expect a follow-up after your treatment.
