Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non refundable but are transferable towards your next appointment if you notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Same day cancellation will be charged a $25 conveince fee. Late fee of $10 will be applied after 10 minutes of late arrival. Appointment will be automatically cancelled after 15 minutes. Failure to arrive without notice is considered a "No Show" and will be charged 50% convenience fee.
